Add array_initializer to java-ts-mode

Indent strings inside arrray_initializer one step:

public class Java {
    void foo() {
        return new String[]{
            "foo", // These
            "bar"
        }
    }
}

* lisp/progmodes/java-ts-mode.el (java-ts-mode--indent-rules): New
matcher.
