Fix c-ts-mode indentation

Turns out I shouldn't have removed the explicit rules.  Anyway, now it
indents properly.

* lisp/progmodes/c-ts-mode.el (c-ts-mode--indent-styles): Add rules.
* test/lisp/progmodes/c-ts-mode-resources/indent.erts: Add tests
