openblas (0.2.19-1) unstable; urgency=medium
* Imported Upstream version 0.2.19
* d/p/always-run-testsuite.patch: drop patch, no longer needed.
* Add support for mips64el.
* d/p/order-files.patch: new patch, makes build reproducible.

* d/README.Debian: explain that recompilation is useful on non-x86 archs.
