  * New upstream release.
  * Set the debhelper compatibility level to 12:
    - Get rid of debian/compat.
    - Add build dependency on debhelper-compat.
  * debian/rules:
    - Stop using --builddirectory=build, .gir files no longer seem to
      contain references to the build directory (see the 2.27.90-1 entry
      for more details).
  * debian/copyright:
    + Update copyright years.
