Make ocaml-interp binary package lighter than it has never been before
In previuous versions of ocaml-interp, there was:
- Some cma files floating around (~ 2.3MB):
+ toplevellib.cma: Not used by the toplevel but rather by ocamlmktop which
is in ocaml-nox
+ stdlib.cma and dynlink.cma: Not used by the toplevel
We moved all theses cma files to ocaml-nox
- Some cmi/mli files (~ 300KB): We moved them to ocaml-base-nox, which is a
dependency of ocaml-interp. Therefore, only the ocaml toplevel is kept in
ocaml-interp.
This change allow dh_ocaml to compute automatically the dependencies more sainly
and without handling special cases for the compiler.

Add ocamlplugininfo and ocamlbyteinfo and add myself to uploaders
* Add two tools:
- ocamlbyteinfo to read content of bytecode binaries
- ocamlplugininfo to read content of shared object files (.cmxs)
* Add myself to Uploaders

Some enhancements to ocamlbyteinfo and add ocamlplugininfo
* Enhance ocamlbyteinfo so that it reads only interesting parts
in the bytecode binary and use Dynlinkaux module which embeds
all used dependencies.
* Add ocamlplugininfo to read the content of .cmxs files.
* Enhance the Makefile

Add ocamlbyteinfo
ocamlbyteinfo reads bytecode binaries and prints informations about
what's inside the bytecode binary such as used C stubs, present OCaml
modules with their md5sum.

Generate manpages for stdlib on bytecode-only architectures
These are generated by the opt.opt target, so they were not compiled
on bytecode-only architectures. This commit also incidentally fixes
current FTBFS on these architectures.

Use --list-missing instead of --fail-missing
Rationale: on native architectures, all files installed by upstream
are installed by some binary package, but this might not be the case
on bytecode-only architectures.

Remove {dumpobj,objinfo}.dpatch, and put manpages in debian/man
Rationale: those two patches have a tight, artificial, dependency,
meaning potential extra work when updating them. As a side effect, the
additional tools are no longer referenced from the manpages of main
OCaml tools, but it is worth simplifying the packaging.

Major changes in debian/rules
* more extensive use of debhelper 7
* do no longer use deprecated dh_movefiles and *.files
* get closer to CDBS API
* add a build cache (for Debian debugging)
* ship labltk examples in a tarball
* reflect original locations of camlp4 *.mli files in binary packages

Remove *.copyright files
Is it really worthwhile to maintain separate versions of copyright
files? Besides, it is not really meaningful to have binary
package-specific copyright files that refer to source code...

Fix call_ld_with_proper_flags.dpatch
The script generating myocamlbuild_config.ml uses config/Makefile and
doesn't handle the subst function of make. We work around this by
doing the substitution inside the configure script. This also
incidentally fixes FTBFS with dash (Closes: #506286).
