Changed tarball to new upstream 3.07 patch level 2 tarball.
Removed the ocaml-3.07-pl2.dpatch which was thus not needed anymore.
Removed otherlibs/num from the upstream tarball, since it is non-free.

Replaced the older camlp4 patch by ocaml-3.07-pl2.
Don't install a ocaml-base lintian override file.

Fixed hppa build problem.
Now only depend on debhelper 4.0.2, since i removed the .dpatch from 00list.
Removed leftover 3.06 ld.conf cruft.

Renamed the objinfo executable to ocamlobjinfo.
