binutils (2.42-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream snapshot, taken from the 2.42 branch.
    - Add missing test case files.
    - Fix PR binutils/31314, chew crashing on use of uninitialized value.
  * Update bpf target from the trunk:
    - bpf: there are no ldinddw nor ldabsdw instructions.
  * Update libgprofng symbols file.
