Upstream provides demo mesh files for tests via git-lfs.
We need to fetch these, and acknowledge them as added to source.
Compressed binary files are listed in debian/source/include-binaries.
Here we patch in the ascii xdmf sample file.

  * debian patch test_float128.patch runs unit/la/test_vector.py using
    numpy.longdouble instead of numpy.float128 on systems (32-bit arches)
    which do not support numpy.float128
