  * debian/control:
    + Recommend the Pulseaudio or ALSA GStreamer plugins, since they're

    + This patch is no longer needed, drop it.
  * Refresh all other patches.
  * debian/control:
    + Remove 'Priority: extra' fields, all packages have optional priority
