ksyntax-highlighting (5.70.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Team upload.

  * Bump compat level to 13.
  * New upstream release (5.70.0).
  * Update build-deps and deps with the info from cmake.
  * Set field Upstream-Contact in debian/copyright.
  * Remove obsolete field Contact from debian/upstream/metadata (already
    present in machine-readable debian/copyright).
