scipy (1.11.4-4) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Team upload.
  * skip test_hermitian (scipy/linalg test_lobpcg) on i386
  * use EXTRA_TEST_FLAGS (-v) with hurd-i386, hppa and ia64 to
    identify which tests are failing
