* [debian/rules] Make install-* depend on build-*, and tweak the rules to
  not rerun configure in the 'binary' phase.

Enable ocaml-mode for emacs-snapshot (Closes: #347917).

Prepare changelog for 3.09.1-2 release

Add patch to make ocamlopt -output-obj and ocamlopt -pack call the linker
via gcc instead of directly, which allows us to pass the same linking
options in these cases and in the common case (where ocamlopt already used
gcc). This should unbreak ocamlopt -pack on alpha, and thus fix the build
failure of camomile.

The build-arch target is phony

Modify configure patch to what was applied upstream in 3.09.1

Patch configure to correctly detect sparc machines, and thus align doubles
on double-word boundaries (closes: #338437).

Removing leftover ld.conf.

Add a file containing the list of architectures with native compilers, and install this file in the ocaml-nox package.

Define DEB_BUILD_ARCH in debian/rules

Disable for_pack_static.dpatch, as it breaks the ABI.

Stop building the native compilers on hppa, they are buggy and upstream
considers this port dead (see bug#342704).
