  * Update build-deps and deps with the info from cmake.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.6.2, no change required.
  * Update the list of installed files from build logs.
  * Update cross-plasma versioned dependencies.
  * Remove obsolete lib (build) dependencies in favour of their
    replacements.
