Revert "Add jackd2 to Recommends"

'jackd' is a meta-package that Depends on jackd2 | jackd1 (in this order).
So the Recommends evaluates 'jackd2 | jackd2 | jackd1', which really is
'jackd2 | jackd1' which is what we get by Recommding 'jackd'.

This reverts commit ed1f6d7799a77a72945f46070f1a8562ad1ac0c9.

Revert "Add libjack-jackd2-dev as B-D"

"libjack-jackd2-dev" Provides "libjack-dev", so you *can* already build against
this version of the libjack-dev API.

in any case it is Debian-multimedia policy (citation needed) to build against libjack-dev,
as this has a higher likelihood of being compatible with both jackd1 and jackd2
