  * New upstream snapshot, taken from the trunk.
  * Update the libctf-soname patch for the trunk.
  * Refresh patches.
  * Build with -fno-omit-frame-pointer if it's enabled in dpkg-buildflags.
  * Allow to disable tests using LOCAL_BUILD_OPTIONS.
