  [ Clint Adams ]
  * Bump to Standards-Version 4.1.4.
  * Set Rules-Requires-Root to no.

  [ Ilias Tsitsimpis ]
  * Use system's default ld (ld.bfd) on mips/mipsel, instead of ld.gold
