Revert "Add libjack-jackd2-dev as B-D"


"libjack-jackd2-dev" Provides "libjack-dev", so you *can* already build against
this version of the libjack-dev API.

in any case it is Debian-multimedia policy (citation needed) to build against libjack-dev,
as this has a higher likelihood of being compatible with both jackd1 and jackd2
