Reduce bug reports by tweaking help text.

Some advanced modes require data not shipped by distribution.
Adjust documentation to reduce confusion from that.

  * Sponsor Alexander Pozdnyakov as maintainer.
  * Tweak tesseact --help to reduce bug reports.
