[PATCH] Add -lmachuser -lhurduser to libc.so on GNU/Hurd.

        * Makerules ($(inst_libdir)/libc.so): Add -lmachuser -lhurduser to
        libc.so on GNU/Hurd.

It's still unclear what we want to aim for.
