Clarify Special Isearch slightly

* doc/emacs/search.texi (Special Isearch): Clarify slightly
(bug#19924).  (All the keys in this node is about what happens
during isearch, but that information is quite a ways away at this
point, so it doesn't hurt to repeat that info.)
