(gnus-mime-buttonized-part-id): New internal variable.
(gnus-article-edit-part): Bind it to make last part that is substituted
or deleted visible.
(gnus-mime-display-single): Buttonize part of which id equals to
gnus-mime-buttonized-part-id.
