Revert "pcre2test: memory reports only compiled memory usage for code/data (#418)"

This reverts commit c015b7e5bbc8614dd1fddee06aeea9872f938d2c.

This was an upstream fix incorporated early - revert it here to
facilitate merging in upstream 10.45.
