korganizer (4:17.08.3-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Team upload.
  * Do not ship development symlinks of private libraries.
  * Simplify watch file, and switch it to https.
  * Remove not-installed file, no more useful.
  * Remove the kontact, and libkdepim4 breaks/replaces, as they are no more
    needed.
  * Allow stderr in the 'testsuite' autopkgtest.
  * Remove unused ${perl:Depends} substvar from korganizer.
  * Update lintian overrides.
  * Remove unused dh_makeshlibs override.
  * Since kdepim-runtime is available only on few architectures (due to
    QtWebEngine), limit the dependency on it to amd64 arm64 armhf i386 mipsel.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.1.3, no changes required.
