* lisp/vc/diff-mode.el (diff-minor-mode-prefix): Replace "ESC" with "\e".

"ESC" looks like an attempt to use kbd syntax in customization.
But actually now 'key-description' is used in 'diff-minor-mode-map'
to convert "\e" to "ESC".
