Make CMake "find_package(MathGL2)" work

+ d/control: libmgl-dev depend on mathgl (for /usr/bin/mgltask) and
  udav (for /usr/bin/udav)
+ d/mathgl.install: Install mgl.cgi in /usr/lib/cgi-bin
+ d/mathgl.links: Symlink /usr/lib/cgi-bin/mgl.cgi in /usr/bin
  (avoid Lintian warning spare-manual-page)
