Fix bootstrap-clean in the cross directory on USG

* cross/Makefile.in (FIND_DELETE): New variable.
(CLEAN_SUBDIRS): Avoid including src if not already present.
(clean, bootstrap-clean, etc): Use FIND_DELETE.
