libjuce0 symbols file (not used in packaging)

basically i find symbols files unmaintainable and now follow Russ Allbery's
conclusions: http://www.eyrie.org/~eagle/journal/2012-02/001.html

however, having this file around might make it simpler to manually track symbol
changes in JUCE for the time being...

$ dpkg-gensymbols -plibjuce0 -e/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libjuce.so.0 -Odebian/libbuilder/libjuce0.symbols
debian/libbuilder/libjuce0.symbols [new file with mode: 0644] blob
