Subject: [PATCH v2] tools/hotplug: Remove network-*

These are a xend-ism. Since Xen 4.1 the recommened way to configure networking
has been to use the distro facilities (e.g.
http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/HostConfiguration/Networking)
