[PATCH] Issue #5610 - Build failure on Debian

Bug Description:
On Debian libslapd.so is not getting linked with libcrypto.so,
which results in `undefined reference` link errors.

Fix Description:
Move -lssl and -lcrypto for libslapd.so from LDFLAGS to LIBADD.
