Ignore some capture name in treesit-font-lock-fontify-region

* doc/lispref/modes.texi (Parser-based Font Lock): Update manual.
* lisp/treesit.el: (treesit-font-lock-fontify-region): Ignore names
that are not face nor function.
(treesit-font-lock-rules): Update docstring.
