tboot: remove maintainers and declare orphaned

Gang Wei Intel email address has been bouncing for some time now, and
the other maintainer is non-responsive to patches [0], so remove
maintainers and declare INTEL(R) TRUSTED EXECUTION TECHNOLOGY (TXT)
orphaned.
