[PATCH] Adjust timers from the correct thread

PipeWireBaseEncodedStream moves the PipeWireProduce into another thread. It is
therefore it's responsiblity to ensure that any calls into PipeWireProduce are
run in the correct thread.

This addresses a warning about timers.
