* test/lisp/eshell/eshell-tests.el (eshell-test/forward-arg): Add
'should' calls to check state.

* test/lisp/eshell/em-extpipe-tests.el (em-extpipe-tests--deftest):
Add 'should' calls and fix temp-buffer substitution.
