Don't add -m32/-m64 to CXXFLAGS

Bug-Debian: https://bugs.debian.org/843922
Last-Update: 2016-11-11

Adding those is not only unnecessary, but actually breaks the build on
many architectures, since g++ does not recognize them when built without
multilib support.
